Join us our 2021 Annual Meeting to celebrate the past year's successes and look forward to more great things in the coming year. We are excited to be back in-person at the Overland Park Convention Center this year!


Historically drawing more than 550 business and community leaders for a celebration of Overland Park’s business community and thriving economy, we hope you will join us as we make this year even bigger, and more accessible than ever before. Invite your co-workers, friends, and associates to join us in-person – the more the merrier! This is the event you won't want to miss!


We are pleased to have Mary C. Kelly, Ph.D., Commander, U.S. Navy (Retired), as the keynote speaker. Mary will articulate and help us understand the six stages of any crisis, challenge, or change. Implement the five ways to P.I.V.O.T. through the crisis. Use the seven business reminders to lead out of a crisis and achieve the right outcomes.


Keynote Speaker:

Mary C. Kelly

Mary specializes in leadership growth that helps organizations improve their profitability and productivity, especially in finance, insurance, real estate, and manufacturing. She has been a leadership and economics professor at the Naval Academy, the Air Force Academy, and Hawaii Pacific University, and has written 15 business books. She is one of the first female graduates of the Naval Academy. Her remarkable career of service includes working as an intelligence officer, chief of police, HR director, chief of staff, as well as training more than 40,000 military personnel.
