June EDC Investors Happy Hour

Description

Our June EDC presentation will be a panel focused on the 'State of Office' in Overland Park and delve into how local and national trends impact construction, building ownership, tenancy, and the commercial real estate market. The event will include a happy hour with appetizers!

Panel speakers will be:

  • Nick Suarez, Executive Managing Director, Newmark Zimmer 
  • Chad Stafford, President, Occidental Management 
  • Anne Erickson, Vice President, Office, JLL 
  • Jennifer Goeke, Studio Leader, PGAV 
  • Moderator:  David Mendez, Director of Business Development, Titan Built, LLC

EDC and Opportunity NOW Investors, as well as sponsors/partners, receive some complimentary seats but can reserve additional seats for a fee. This month's event will also be opened to non-investor businesses at a charge.

“No shows” or those unable to cancel before May 31st will not be refunded. To cancel, please contact the OP Chamber at opcc@opchamber.org

Pricing

Each EDC Investor has one complimentary free seat, but registration is required. 

Additional seats for investors cost $30 per person; non-investor businesses can purchase spots for $40 per person.
