Please join us for the third Executive Leadership Series breakfast program of 2025 featuring Kelly Magee\, CEO and Founding Partner of Q39\, a Kansas City restaurant group known for its chef-driven\, competition-quality barbeque.Q39 restaurant was co-founded with her late husband\, Chef Rob Magee in 2014. He developed an innovative pit to plate BBQ restaurant approach combined with all scratch-made cuisine and elevated hospitality. Under Kelly's guidance\, Q39 has evolved into Kansas City's highest rated barbeque destination. She continues to foster strategic growth initiatives with two new Q39 locations opening in 2026. A recognized industry leader\, Kelly was named 2024 Restaurateur of the Year and received the 2023 Kansas City Barbeque Society Carolyn Wells Ambassador Award\; she's also a Kansas City Women of Influence honoree\, a 20‑year KCBS member and former Hallmarker.
