Talent Resource Roundtable Series: Productivity & Mental Health

The work world is rapidly evolving as workers from all generations grapple with evolving preferences and beliefs about the meaning of work, and how to work most effectively. Dr. Reed Maxwell, Ph.D., ABPP (Clinical) of Maxwell Psychological Services will present some of the latest and greatest findings examining how working from home, mental health, and productivity interact with one another. Light breakfast options will be included.

Dr. Reed Maxwell, Ph.D., ABPP (Clinical) is a board-certified clinical psychologist licensed in New York, Kansas, and Missouri. He received his doctorate in 2017 from Binghamton University, a "public ivy" university located in upstate New York. He completed postdoctoral training in New York City with the Personality Disorders Institute at Weill Cornell Medicine as a research coordinator and post doctoral associate, as well as with the Center for Psychoanalytic Training and Research at Columbia University as a psychoanalytic fellow. In 2022, Dr. Maxwell founded Maxwell Psychological Services, L.L.C. in effort to provide maximally accessible, expert psychological services to residents of Kansas and Missouri. He is also an adjunct assistant professor with Kansas City University's Health Services Psychology doctoral program, teaching advanced coursework and supervising trainees via his assessment and diagnosis practicum at MPS, L.L.C. Lastly, he provides forensic assessment services for private attorneys and public defenders throughout the region. Dr. Maxwell is Practice/Service Representative on the board of the Kansas Psychological Association, as well as a member of the American Psychological Association Committee on Rural Health.
