Join United Way of Greater Kansas City for a day of impact. 

CommUNITY Fest, presented by Delta Air Lines, is a reimagined Day of Caring that harnesses the power of volunteers to advocate, volunteer and celebrate impact in our community. 

Volunteers will have the opportunity to meet and interact with more than 50 nonprofit partners. 

When registering for CommUNITY Fest presented by Delta Air Lines, you can choose to stay onsite at Zhou B Arts Center and learn more about advocacy, network with nonprofit partners and participate in onsite volunteer activities like bracelet making and kit packing. 

If you choose to volunteer at one of our nonprofit partners, you will meet at Zhou B Arts Center and take a bus to your nonprofit location. 

All volunteers will start the day and end the day together at Zhou B Arts Center to celebrate making a positive difference in Kansas City.

Air Lines is free to attend and open to all members of our community, regardless of affiliation to United Way. We look forward to volunteering with you on September 12th!

CommUNITY Fest Schedule:
8:30-9:00 am: Registration and Breakfast
9:00 am: Welcoming Remarks
9:20 am: Buses depart for volunteer sites
11:30 am: Buses leave volunteer sites to return to Zhou B Arts Center
Noon: Lunch and Program
1-2 pm: Onsite Volunteer Activities
